先清潔雙手

打開試管並放在試管架上

打開已消毒的取樣棉花棒，放入兩邊鼻孔2cm內，每邊輕微順時針轉動大概5次取樣

把棉花棒放進使試管底部，輕微搖晃10至15秒

打開測試板的包裝，利用滴管將已混入樣本的液體，滴3滴在測試板，15分鐘便會有結果
